App lication are invited from the eligible Women candidates(Mamied/Divorced/Widow)who must be a resident of Haldia Municipality to fill up the vacancies of the post ofHonorary Health Workers(HHWs) as per terms and conditions stated below:1. Name of the post : Honorary Health Worker(HHW).2. No.ofVacancy:O13. Age: 30-40years as on l't day of the calendar year i.e.as on 01 .01.2024.In caseof SC/ST/OBC(A/B) candidates, the lower age limit may be relaxed to 22years.4. Candidate should be married/divorced/widow. To established the marital statusof the candidate, the applicant must enclose attested copy of MarciageCertificate/Voter CardlRation Car dl Aadhhar Card mentioning husband namefor malried candidate, death Certificate of husband for widows and Order ofHon'ble Court for divorce if any for divorcees.5. Education Qualification: Minimum Madhyamik pass or equivalentexamination. Candidates having higher qualification are also eligible.However, in case of candidates possessing higher qualification, only marksobtained ifr Madhyamik or equivalent examination will be considered. Forcalculation of the marks obtained in the Secondary Examination (Madhyamikor equivalent),the aggregate is to be considered(excluding the marks obtainedin the additional paper)6. Candidate having motivation/exp erience rendering social s ervice.7. Monthly honorarium of the HHw will be Rs,4500/-(Rupees Four thousandFive hundred only) per month8. The HHW shall be engaged on contract initially for a period of l(one) year onprobation from the date ofjoining of HHW and shall be extended funher on thebasis of satisfactory performance and on obtaining approval for extension fromthe UD,& MA Department.9.All applications to be submitted ph5rsically at the Municipality Officeat thedesignated drop box.
The selection would be based on-*The list of eligible candidates to be called for interview in the ratio of 1:l0forevery vacancy of FIHW.*Marks obtained by the candidate in the Madhyamik or equivalent examination(90% weightage).*Score in the interview (10% weightage).*Final merit list should be prepared based on marks obtained by the candidate inthe Madhyamik or equivalent examination and score secured in the interview takentogether.Documents to be submitted/Shown mandatory by the applicant:*Proof of residence (Aadhaar Card/Voter ID/Ration Card)*Original Mark Sheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination as applicable.*The proof of SC/ST/OBC-A/O/BC-B in case of SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-Bcandidates, as per certificate issued by the Sub Divisional Officer/DWO,Kolkata.
