Sealed quotations with rates are invited from the Bonafied Agency for survey of Municipal Land and demarcation of area by fixig with RCC Pole on 2nd Call , the following terms and condition : -

1. To survey and demarcate of Municipal land.
2. “ T “ size RCC pole ( 5’x4’’x4’’ ) is to be fixed by concrete work.
3. Rate is to be quoted separately for survey work and for supply of RCC pole with fixing work ( Rupees………………………………………………………………… ).
4. An amount of Rs. 20000/- is to be deposited with quotation as earnest money through Bank draft.The draft should be in favour of Chairman , haldia Municipality , payable at Haldia.
5. Working experience ( Credential ) is to be submitted with quotation paper for similar nature of work.
