Applications are invited from Indian Citizens for filling up following posts in Haldia Municipality. Applications as per PROFORMA should reach the office of the Chairman, Haldia Municipality, City Centre, P.O.- Debhog, Haldia, Dist. Purba Medinipur, West Bengal-721657, by the 20th July 2016 within 5.30 pm.

Assistant Tax Daroga 1 The candidates have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any Board recognized by Government. Preference shall be given to them having experience in Accounting and computer. The minimum age limit for such recruitment shall be 21 years.

Pay:  Pay Band-2, Rs. 5400-25200/- +

Grade Pay – Rs. 2900/-.

 Minimum age limit 21 years.  maximum age  limit up to 40 years. Un-reserved.
Draftsman 1 The candidate have passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any institutions recognized by the Government, and also Draftsmanship from any Government recognized institutions. The minimum age limit for such recruitment shall be 21 years.

Pay: Pay Band-2, Rs. 5400-25200/- +

Grade Pay – Rs. 2900/-.

N.B.: (i) Age should be as on 01-01-2015 (ii) Relaxation in age –as per Govt. rules.(iii) Self attested copies of the certificates in regard to age, caste & category (issued by the competent authority), essential & desirable qualification, experience etc. will have to be enclosed along with the application. (iv). The application is liable to be rejected if any of the compulsory enclosures are not attached as stated. (v) Interested eligible candidates will have to send their application in the Office of the Haldia Municipality at City Centre, Debhog, Haldia by post/direct in dropping box fixed by the authority only (vi) One recent passport size photograph duly self-attested will have to be affixed in the application form (vii) Application should be sent in sealed envelope superscribing “Application for the Post of (name of the post)” which is compulsory. (viii)Application/advance application will not be accepted through e-mail or FAX. (ix) Application should reach in the office of Haldia Municipality within 5.30 pm. on 20th July 2016 after which no application will be entertained.
